The Northwest Grocery Association supports the grocery, retail and food suppliers in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, with advocacy at the state, county and local levels, including:

We also offer key programs to members:

NFM Cart Rescue

This member program aims to retrieve stolen shopping carts and deliver them back to member stores. Our contractors operate across Oregon and SW Washington with authorized “cart rescue” drivers picking up abandoned carts and returning them. NWGA also works with local governments seeking to adopt new cart retrieval ordinances.

BottleDrop PLUS

As part of our partnership with the Oregon Beverage Recycling Corporation (OBRC) our members participating in BottleDrop Plus offer customers an additional 20% for their bottle and can returns, driving customer redemption back into NWGA member stores.

NFM Coupon Redemption Program

The Northwest Grocery Association has been processing coupons for many of our independent members since we opened our doors in 1980. The program is capable of processing hundreds of millions of paper and digital coupons with an emphasis on customer service and a dedicated customer service team to serve retailer needs.
