Joe has served as President since 1999. Since his arrival,
NWGA has gained significant recognition as a political force
in the state of Oregon and has elevated its status as Oregon's largest Business PAC. Prior to NWGA, Joe was the Oregon
State Director of the National Federation of Independent
Business for over 10 years. Joe is a graduate of George
Fox College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Wilken, Director of Operations
Sandra joined the NWGA team in February of 2001
and is currently NWGA's Director of Operations.
Sandra is responsible for NWGA's daily operations, website, on-line publication of NWGA's
monthly newsletter the Express Lane, the Coupon Redemption
program, event planning and execution, maintenance of all telecommunications services and equipment,
and maintenance of the database for NWGA and NFM. Sandra

Trudy Macadam, Bookkeeper
Trudy moved, with her family, to Wilsonville in August of 1999 after living in Hawaii for 23 years. She joined the NWGA staff as our in-house bookkeeper in August/2004 bringing with her an extensive and varied accounting background. Trudy can be reached at email@example.com.
Shawn Miller, NWGA Oregon Lobbyist
Shawn started his lobby career in Annapolis, Maryland following graduation from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1993 with a political science degree. Shawn returned to Oregon and founded Miller Public Affairs. He has lobbied 14 years in Oregon and has influenced the outcomes of countless pieces of legislation. Shawn has earned a reputation in the halls of the Capitol as one of the hardest working lobbyists in Oregon.
Holly Chisa has worked as a lobbyist advocating for the grocery industry since 2001. Her background is varied, having worked on large employer and business issues, and also industry-specific issues like beer and wine and pharmacy. Holly has worked in the Washington State Legislature as staff for House and Senate lawmakers, and also as staff to a U.S. Congressman.
Roy has a long and impressive achievement record that has earned him the respect as one of Idaho's premier advocates of significant issues before the federal and state governments. The Idaho Year book describes him as “a lobbyist extraordinaire… respected for his wise counsel… [and] a powerful behind the scenes player…”. Roy is widely recognized for his strong ties, connections, and insight into the upper reaches of government.
